So after a recent page of “Stalker of  Norfolk”, there was discussion about a certain pan-classic Doctor catchphrase with variations.  “Confounded Cheek”, “Infernal Cheek” and so on. Anyway, this discussion inspired a silly cartoon, and so I thought I’d share it with you.
